Tanya Montmean is a venture capital and fintech leader with over a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and startup ecosystems across North America, Europe, and Asia. Before founding StartLinkVentures, an AI-powered platform connecting startups with global investors, she spent nearly a decade at J.P. Morgan, where she structured and executed multi-billion-dollar transactions in M&A and capital markets for clients including PayPal, Enel, and American Tower.

A two-time fintech founder, Tanya also co-founded ClimateKick, a Web3-enabled investment platform driving capital into climate and sustainability projects. She is passionate about scaling innovation, bridging global startup ecosystems with capital, and advancing the future of finance through AI and Web3 technologies.
